    Question Meaning of Phrase

    01) Bucket is leaking from the top.

    02) Cram and Win Situation.

    It helps to have the source sentence in which you have found these phrases.

    Without context, "A bucket leaking from the top" could mean that something is overfilled and the contents are leaking.

    A "cram and win" situation [again, without context] is probably meaning that you put as much as you possibly can into doing something, and by so doing you overcome opposition.
