    Which or of which?

    Do I need an "of" in the sentence below? Thank you.

    Except for one building, (of) which he owns 50%, all other properties are wholly owned by him.

    Yuppers, you shorely do need 'of', Cleung, either fronted 'of which' or after 50%, as in,


    Except for one building, which he owns 50% of, all other properties are wholly owned by him.
