What can I do you for?

I've heard it on a film: what can I do you for? Is it equal to what can I do for you?

It is a sarcastically scrambled version! It would be understod to mean "How much can I get from you?"

:How can I take advantage of you?"

To "do" a person has a variety of meanings, some of them sexual, most of them implying that you're making a victim of someone.

"What can I do you for?" is a playful expression, a twisting of the conventional "What can I do for you?"

I've used this many times myself!

But I think in this case, it does not relate to sexual case

Without knowing the film, it is just a comic way of saying "What can I do for you?", and was probably someone in a shop speaking to a customer. It does have the secondary meaning that "I will try to rip you off in this deal".

Ignore the reference to sex - it is not really relevant to this!
