    2. Once the prices of goods are cut, most people will rush for shopping.
    3. Since the price is continuously iincreasing in recent years, people cannot afford these high-priced goods.

    2) When the prices of goods are cut, people rush out to shop.

    3) Prices have continually risen in recent years and now people cannot afford high-priced goods.
