    happen to be

    dear teachers, please explain. 1. he is happened to be a Muslim. 2. nothing is as simple as that. what does as simple as that mean?

    1) The phrase "happened to be" means 'by coincidence'

    2) The phrase 'simple as that' is a way to express that the matter or concept is not complicated.
