    Meeting Request

How can I write a meeting request professionally for office purpose?

Please attend the "Board of Directors" Meeting on January 15, 2008 at 9:00am at Conference Room No. 7.

I know this is not a good way. Will somebody help me out. Thanks.

    Re: Meeting Request

You could say "You are invited to attend a meeting..."
