    concentration

    Hi there,
    Could you help with the following sentence?

    Practising yoga can improve our (concentration / concentration power) which is useful in working and studying.

    I am glad to read this thread. But I have a question too.
    Why can't we use 'in working' and 'for' studying? What is the difference here


    Practising Yoga can improve our concentration,which is useful for working and in studying.
