    the use of "as"

    Dear teacher,

    What is the use of "as" in the sentence below? What is the purpose of not to omit it?

    "Please see as attached file."

    Hw,

    There is no meaning in the above sentence.

    You may re-write the sentences thus:

    1. Please see the attached file.

    2. Please send it as an attached file.

    It looks to me a piece of office shorthand>

    Please see [xxxx] as [displayed/described in the] attached file.
