    Please proofread.

    I would suggest students should have a fixed reading time, for example, after breakfast, lunch or on public transport.

    Seems to be Ok. But reading on transport is unhealthy occupation and no teacher or anybody else should suggest it to students, I suppose.

    With and without should are Ok according to my textbook. But for all that the case without should is more common for the USA. I don't know whether it is right.
