    Q: How and where should we use "has" and "have"?
    A: That depends entirely on what you want to say. Have, for example, can denote ownership. Examples:
    I don't have a car. Do you have a car?

    It has a..... Does it have a.....?
    We have a car Do we have a car?
    You have a car Do you have a car?
    They have a car Do they have a car?

    Do you mean this?
