    look/look like

    Hi there,
How to use 'look' to mean 'look like'?
    For example:
An anacondas look like a rubber band. OR
An anacondas look a rubber band.

BTW, is it correct to say it like this? Any difference amongst them?

    What does it look like?
    How does it look like?
    What does it look?
    How does it look?
