    "There is no "I" in team"?

    This might be said by a coach to his team. He is trying to encourage them to play like a team, not as individuals. They must work together! Only if they play like a team can they win. They must cooperate and play together to be successful.

    It is a slogan, a motto, a pep talk, short saying, words of wisdom, catchy phrase.
