    Here is my try.

    I have still been receiving a lot of junk e-mails, even in Sunday. Candy, Could you please call IT department give me a hand?

    I still receive (or "get") a lot of junk mail even though the intended recipient is Sandy (or Candy), but all of it is forwarded to me. Could you please call IT to help? (Or: "Could you please call the IT department to help?")
