    Seems like it for me, Amigo, the -30s with wind chills to high -40s are gone, but I doubt you'd feel that Spring has arrived. A lot of the snow has gone, I can even see patches of green, but not from melting, just from being dessicated by the dry cold winds.

    Tucson has already had several days in the 80's and the plants are in full bloom! Let me know when you'd like to visit and I'll get your room ready!

    I'm not much of a hot weather guy, Amigo, but I've always had a hankerin' to visit Tucson. Maybe, ... someday.
