Context of their use would really help
"What a kick" could mean several things: The footballer has a really strong kick. The drink is very strong. The event we have just attended was really great.
"cursed" = In this context, nothing every goes right for her.
"Fall off your perch" could be an insult = "Get lost"; it could mean you have in some way had a disaster.
"Sweet FA" = [euphemism] Sweet Fanny Adams = nothing. Fanny Adams was murdered in 1867 and her body dismembered. Sailors in the British Navy came to use the expression to refer to unpleasant meals. It later came to be used to mean nothing of value.
