    using of "the", word order

    Hello everyone
    I'd like to ask if I can use "the" in this way, and if the word order in the second part of the sentence is correct

    The more stable the political system in K. is, the more likely is the improvement of people’s prosperity.

    K. is the name of a country.

    Yes, you can and should use "the" in this way

    You can omit "is" in the first part of the sentence.
