When I want to describe an action of a man using his laptop what preposition and article shall I use? Is he working on a computer, on the computer, at the computer, with a computer?
What article, if any, shall I use in a sentence: The cheapest means of transport is a/the/- bus.

You could say that. You could also say He is working at the computer.
