    Is this sentence correct?

    "Which is older Mr. Suzuki or Mr. Arai

    "Which is taller Mr. Itabashi or Mr. Kojima

    Recently one of the Japanese English Teacher used this sentence. Usually it will be "Who is older...."

    Is this grammatically correct?

    Yes, you can use "which"

    It means:

    Which (one) is taller, Mr. X or Mr. Y?

    But "Who" is probably used more often.

    Who is better, but both are grammatically correct. Note - you need punctuation.
