    Cool Senior Patner

    A doubt assaults me when paying attention to Senior Partner mean in a company.
    Are we talking about someone who was between the founders of the Firm or maybe is he a Company Partner who has a more powerful vote when taking decisions and a prominent position in the board?

    The meaning of the term will depend on company practice, but in general a Senior Partner will be someone who has been a partner for a longer period. There are unlikely to be any special attributes or privileges.
