    Do Do?

What do ice-cream sellers do in the winter?

Is one do the main verb and the other an auxiliary verb?

Ice-cream sellers do do what in the winter?

    Also:

The worst winter storm in a decade devastates the north.

Should the N in north be capitalized?

    Thank you very much.
