i would like to know how can i write a reference letter to a employer.i am a personal secretary of my employer.a new candidate applied for maneger post in our company.so my boss want me to write a eveluation letter to the prvious employer where the new candidate worked before uder his supervision.
Presumably what you are being asked to do is request a reference from the previous employer?
