    Meaning of the phrase

What does the phrase "have a favour" mean?

    For example:

I have a favour to ask.

    Thank you in advance :)

    Re: Meaning of the phrase

It means, I have something that I would like you to do for me.

favor (noun) something done or granted out of goodwill, rather than from justice or for remuneration; a kind act.
