    I've seen something like: Uniquely me, uniquely Singapore weekends
    Are they grammatically correct?

    No. That weekend in Singapore turned out to be a unique experience. I have a unique signature. That antique table is the only one that he made, and is therefore unique.

    It's an advertising slogan. They do not follow strict grammatical rules.
