    Ms Fiona Chambers

    I recently had to write a letter to a customer.I finished the letter " yours sincerely " and the
    other girl in the office said " how 80s ! ".She said Kind Regards or just Regards is used now.I disagree.Would you let me know your opinion please

    if this is a formal letter write "yours sincerely" or "yours faithfully" if it is informal write any thing u like but u can write "with my best regards" or "best regards"

    Pay no attention. Use what you feel comfortable using. It is not a matter on which to build an argument!
