[Grammar] 6 best or best 6

Hello

I just received an English mail including the following text :

The 6 Best Translation Apps for Language Learners

In my language (Dutch) this should be wrong because there's only 1 best ... we use : The best 6 translations ....

Is it a correct usage in English?

Both versions are equally acceptable to me - with no difference in meaning.
