.She botched up my homework by spilling juice over it. "I botched my homework because I did not think about it" = botched means spoiled by doing something badly.
    "She ruined/spoiled my homework by...."

.I was cut up yesterday for I got very low marks in my exam.
.All the students breezed through this exam.
.It's better to brush off that boy.
.I always brush up the subject before exam. "taking an exam/my exams"

.People were buzzing around the supermarket at midnight.
.I asked the nuisance to buzz off.
.All the students swept through this exam. Not quite. "Swept through" implies physical movement through somewhere. What are you trying to express here? Your previous sentence with "breezed through" is good.
.I asked not swing around every time. "I asked xxx not to swing around every time".
.I stumbled upon this word yesterday.
.She smashed up the homework. No - what are you trying to express?
.I hate students who talk back.
.My watch ticked away when I was writing the exam.
.My mom asked me to tidy up the room.
.I tracked down my last year's English notebook yesterday.

.I dozed off in my history class.
.My history teacher drones on every day.
.She dropped in to see me.
    The other sentences are fine.
