    survival in this ruthlessness market

I would be grateful if someone could help to make correction for the following sentences.
No matter how anything or anyone you hate or like, it must posses a valuable thing such as program, process, policy, personality, own style of doing things, appearance, character etc, which is worth to learn and save in mind. Those things not only help to become mature and be strengthen our survival in this ruthlessness market.

I can understand why you need help. I would too.

That is so confusing that I am not sure what the person is trying to say. One thing I am pretty sure of is that "ruthlessness market" is not an English phrase. (I could be wrong, but I don't think so.) If I could figure out what is intended I could make some suggestions.

One thing I can say is that rather than "which is worth to learn and save in mind" say "which is worth learning and remembering".
