    come down to

    Which are correct:

1-If they don't change their attitude, it will come down to resisting.
2-If they don't change their attitude, it will come down to resisting them.
3-If they don't change their attitude, it will come down to our resisting them.

4-If they don't change their attitude, things will come down to resisting.
5-If they don't change their attitude, things will come down to resisting them.
6-If they don't change their attitude, things will come down to our resisting them.

(All these sentences are supposed to mean the same thing and in cases where the subject or the object or both are missing, the context is supposed to make things clear.)

    Re: come down to

Sentence 2 seems the most natural to me. I hesitate to say that any of them are incorrect, however. For all I know, all the others are also used.
