    Grammar: Is this modifier?

    I had a sentence below:

    At that time, I was gotten advice from my role models, my parents, who gave me their experiences in couple life

    How do you call the part in BOLD? Is it modifier? What kind? I saw that in commas before "who" which is little strange to me. Is there any internet website to help me?
