1. There are still have some parts shortage and cannot ship by the end of February, and all of them will be ready on the first week of March, please accept us to extend this shipment to first of March.
2. The customer cannot accept to extend the shipment to end of February, please try to get all ready at the lastest of 20 February.
1. Owing to a shortage of some of the parts we are unable to despatch the shipment by the end of February as previously agreed. We are, however, able to assure you that we will be in possession of all the parts by the first week of March. I apologise for the delay and hope you are able to allow us to move the shipping date back to the first of March.
2. Unfortunately, the customer is unable to accept our rescheduling the shipping date to the end of February. Therefore I would be most grateful if you would try to ensure that all is ready by the February 20th at the latest.
