Re: Confusing Words or Confused Words

They are both possible- confused words= words that are confused by people. However, confusing words makes more sense to me.

Re: Confusing Words or Confused Words

Thank you TDol, it is due to I have learned that Interesting is used for things while Interested is for Living things. Is that correct? so my question regarding the word "confuse" steming from that point.

Can I just say that the "confusing" should be used with a thing, such as confusing words, confusing question? So. confused should go for a living thing, such as

A confused boy says nothing to the teacher.

I don't know whether my sentence works for this purpose or not? Please correct me if it is wrong.

    Thank you and Best regards,
    Piak

Interesting is used for things while Interested is for Living things. Is that correct?
I wouldn't say that- interesting (causing the interest) could be a person or a thing. Interested (the reaction) would generally be for people, institutions, etc.
