Could you please help to find the Subject?

Could you please help to find the Subject in the part of sentence after 'however'? Is 'contact' noun and 'social' adjective in this case?

This, in turn, may affect the social atmosphere of an organisation, however, as less social contact with one's colleagues could harm morale and loyalty.
