    sentence grammar

    Which is the correct form of sentence among the two below:

    1] I will never be able to run again.
    2] I never will be able to run again.

    Both are fine, vscid. There's quite a bit of freedom when it comes to adverb placement. Number 1 represents the normal neutral placement.

    So adverb placement even before the main verb is fine?
    I thought that adverb has to be placed between the main verb (will) and the auxillary verb (be).

    That's the normal neutral positioning, vscid.

    We could even use a sentence initial positioning with S-V inversion.

    1] Never will I be able to run again.
