    Which one is correct?

    a) On the 19th of February at 14:45 during a routine check
    b) During a routine check on the 19th of February at 14:45

    Both sound OK, but what follows might make a difference.

    Yes both are grammatically OK.

    Agreeeeee.

    However, it is stylsitically better to say:

    b) During a routine check on the 19th of February at 14:45, .......
