    Post Idiomatic Expressions....

    do you have any ideas about the history of some of the idiomatic expressions.....like "burn the midnight oil", "break a leg", "slay the dragon" and some???.....or if you have any other idioms there and their etymology.........pls pls coz i need......thnx...
