    Which is correct?

I sometimes see the abbreviation of O.B.O. on classified ad. I looked up the dictionary and it said 'or best offer'. If they say '$200 O.B.O', it means $200 is the best price or I still can negotiate the price? Thanks!

    Welcome to the forums.

    You can negotiate the price.
