    noting missing

When you got your lost or stolen things with all the contents in it, what do you say? Can I say

I got my lost backpack with nothing missing except wallet.

I got my lost bag with all its contents intact except for ( or except) a wallet.

    or what else?????????????

I think you mean you have recovered your lost property. Is that correct?

If so, the phrase you want is:

I got my lost (or stolen) backpack back. Nothing was missing except (for) the wallet.

    OR

My lost backpack was returned to me with all of its contents intact, with the exception of my wallet which was missing.

    OR

I got back my lost backpack back, but the wallet was missing. Everything else was returned to me.

There are really several ways to say this.

    Good luck!
