    is the sentence grammatically correct?

    Hello everyone
    I'd like to ask if the following sentence is correct.

    Another participant in the discussion, Ms. X, noted that analyzing the situation with the development of NGOs in our country it should be admitted that despair perhaps makes NGOs more 'radical' to some degree compared with political parties.

    NGO stands for non-governmental organization.

    It seems wrong to me. If you insert 'in' or 'when' before 'analyzing' , it would be better. Also you might consider changing 'compared with' to 'in comparison with'.
