    Hi,

    could you please tell me whether it is possible to say:

    When negotiating the contract, the parties undertake to respect mutual reasonable requirements.

    Actually, "mutual" should refer to the "requirements".

    Meaning that: Party A will respect the reasonable requirements of party B and party B will respect the reasonable requirements of party A.

    Your two further comments do not change my response.
    You could say ' reasonably mutual requirements' which is better than 'reasonable.....'. However in your latest comment it is clear that it is the mutuality that is important. Without that no matter how reasonable each side's requirement may be there has to be mutuality for the contract to be finalised. There can be mutual agreement without any reasonableness.
