    bond-style border

can u please tell me what "bond-style border" means in this context?

Use a bond-style border to add importance and credibility to your guarantee, prize-eligibilitycertificate, and other similar components.

I think it means a fancy border, like those on old style financial bonds: http://tinyurl.com/3xdnuz

It's just a border (decoration marking something's edge - could be a certificate, or a banknote, or an invitation, or a menu...) that is fancy.
