    The right choice

    Which is the correct choice, why?.Thanks.
    While it is not easy to stop.......................about what is going on in our lives, by showing our consideration for others, we may find that dealing with our own anxieties is not as hard as it once seemed.
    a- to have been worried
    b- worrying

    On the contrary, we expect questioners to show some initiative and make an attempt at the answer. Advice can then be positive or negative.
