    correct verb

    Hi,

I am trying to find the correct verb in the following sentence:

The taxpayer with a permanent establishment being established in the territory of the Czech Republic is obliged to notify the tax administrator of its establishment and its location within thirty days. (permanent establishment = fixed place of business)

"to establish a permanent establishment" does not sound good to me. Would it be possible to replace the highlighted verb and noun in the above sentence with something else?

    Thanks a lot!

Thanks a lot! And the nouns would be: "... notify the tax administrator of its setup/installation/foundation/opening?"

    Re: correct verb

    Yes.

I have had another thought looking at this.

If you phrase this as "The taxpayer with a permanent place of business being established in the territory...", it reads clearly and you can retain "established" "establishment".
