    Analyse noun phrases

    Please help me analyse the noun phrases in these below sentences & point out the head as well as the modifiers used in them.

    1.In fact most of the early fear about man's health in space have proved groundless.

    I think the noun phrase in this sentence is
    most of the early fear about man's health in space

    most :closed system premodifier (what kind of premodifier is this ?)
    early :open class premodifier ,determiner
    Fear :head noun
    man's :open class premodifier adj
    health:open class premodifier noun
    in space : post modifier prepositional phase

    Is there anything wrong with this ?

    I find it hard to analyse these 2 sentences below ,however .Please help me with them .

    2. rotation of migrants in covered cages during transportation by car of plane does not confuse them on release.

    3.One of the most widespread survey research today is for rating radio and TV programmes.

    Re: Analyse noun phrases

    Here is my suggestion

    1.In fact most of the early fear about man's health in space have proved groundless.

    Fact= Noun Phrase (Zero Article + Head Noun)

    most of the early fear about man's health in space = Noun Phrase
    most= Noun
    of.........................groudnless = Prepositional phrase/Post Modifier
    the early fear about................groundless= Noun Phrase
    fear = Head noun
    the= determiner
    early= premodifier

    about.................space = post modifier/ prepositional phrase

    man's health in space= Noun Phrase
    health = Head noun
    man's = premodifier
    in space = prepositional phrase/post modifier

    space = Noun phrase (Zero article + noun)

    I think the noun phrase in this sentence is
    most of the early fear about man's health in space
    Yes, this is the noun phrase in the sentence (My analysis was done to find all noun phrases embedded in that one)

    Fear :head noun
    man's :open class premodifier adj
    health:open class premodifier noun
    in space : post modifier prepositional phase

    Is there anything wrong with this ?
