Which of the following sentences is correct?

1 Your time and effort is greatly appreciated

2 Your time and efforts are greatly appreciated

3 Your time and effort are greatly appreciated

They are all grammatically correct. Numbers 1 and 3 would be the most common, since effort is usuially uncountable. I suspect most would use #1, because "time and effort" are often seen as one thing, but one could see them as separate things and use #3.
