    If you see any mistakes, can you correct them for me? Thanks a lot.( this is a letter to request a refund to a hotel which does not allow refund from the customers according to its own rules)


    I am already informed that your hotel policy does not allow any kinds of refund from the customers, and I know my request will make your in diifuclt situaion. However, this case should be accepted as exception. I look forward to your generous permit and give a refund of the hotel fee of & 500

    I have already been informed that your hotel policy does not allow any refund to customers, and I know my request will put you in a diffiuclt situation. However, in the circumstances I feel that this case should be treated as an exception.

    I look forward to your response and a refund of the hotel fee of 500.
