    Which of the following noun phrases are correct:

    1-The Association of Students against Censorship
    2-The Association of the Students Against Censorship
    (Meaning: The association of the students who are against censorhip)

    (Meaning: The association of the students who are for the freedom of expression)

    Hi Navi,

    I've not heard expressions of this type include the definite article. However, as you know, I'm not a teacher so could be wrong.
    I'm not a teacher, so please consider any advice I give in that context.
