    sentence

    is correct to say "go on break" or "serve your break" or "take your break". i mean lunch break

    "take your/a break" is usual

    "go on a break" is used

    "go for a break" is used

    "a break" here doesn't necessarily have to be a lunch break. I would usually say "I'm going for lunch"
