    Post Please correct the following sentences

    Please be informed that we are going to commence the construction work for making a new car park near the Service Building today. So please do not block access by parking your car near the lawn area(from main entrance to service bldg) where the construction going on .

    Please note that work for the construction of a new car park near the Service Building starts today. Do not block access by parking near the lawn area (from main entrance to service bldg) where the construction is taking place .

    (Use of present tense 'is taking place' because construction starts 'today' and there will only be a few hours when people might park (say 6 am to 9 am) before the construction will have started; so "...where the construction will take/will be taking.." would only apply for those few hours, but not for the days/week(s) when construction will actually be going on.
