Usage of 'if'

I am asking the usage of 'if'. Can I use 'then' after 'if'? e.g.

If I have money, then I will buy a house.

From this sentence, can I use 'if.....then.....'

Using "then" in that sentence serves no useful purpose, and the sentence sounds odd with "then".

Just say...
If I have money I will buy a house.
When I have money I will buy a house.

You can use a comma after "money", but some people will omit the comma in short sentences like those.
