    in this sentence:you can call "SaveChanges" a second time without first calling "AcceptAllChanges".does "a second time" means twice? is it a proper expression?

    A second time = you have done something once, now you do it again. When you have done it a second time, you have done it twice [two times].

    It is fine as a phrase.
